Market Research Support

• Understanding solar market and competitors positioning & branding in various geographies.
• Providing Market intelligence reports for Management Team.
• Identify potential partners such as electrical installers, roofing installers etc.

Sales & Marketing Support

• Execute the lead to prospect conversion process for leads given by digital marketing or various other sources
• Cultivate lead by outbound calling or secondary research on internet
• Generate meetings for Sales field executive in Germany and keep them occupied.
• Conduct a Weekly Meeting with the Sales Team to inform the results of the leads generated and know and fill the gaps thereby.
• Support Sales Field Executive in Germany with documentation, proposal making and other activities as required from time to time.
• Follow up on leads generated important events and exhibitions across Germany.
• Onboarding potential partners

Communications

• Briefing brand manager and/or advertising agency & coordinating with them to develop German communications as requested by field teams.
• Translate and verify the marketing literature and campaigns
• Verification and Validation of multilingual collaterals, ads and creatives
• Maintain the Company’s Xing (LinkedIn equivalent) page, website and ensure grammatically and linguistically correct information is shared.
• Create German translation for any marketing content – company creates.

Skills and Knowledge

Minimum Education Qualifications: Any Graduate with German speaking/writing/reading ability.

Preferred: Graduation in Engineering and/or Masters in Sales & Marketing is a bonus.

Relevant Experience: 1-3 years of overall experience in German language

Financial Remuneration: In accordance to experience

German Language proficiency is must in reading, writing and speaking. German Standard Time would be applicable as working hours – 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM1
