Soleos Energy was incorporated in 2017, founded by promoters with solar EPC experience since 2012. But the story really began with a feeling many business owners know: the quiet frustration of uncertainty. When power becomes unpredictable, everything becomes harder.
We saw this across factories, warehouses, and industrial zones. Renewable energy had the potential to solve it — but only when delivered with real ownership, strong engineering, and long-term accountability. That is why Soleos was built. Not to install solar systems, but to deliver energy certainty.
In the early days, we worked site by site, challenge by challenge. We learned that the difference between an "installed project" and a "performing asset" is discipline, details, and staying responsible long after commissioning. Our mission became clear: be the partner who owns outcomes — the single point of accountability from development through operations.
